About Us

The Toronto Arab Orchestra is dedicated to reviving Arabic music and honoring the legacy of Arab musicians.

Founded in 2024 by the Syrian-Canadian musician & composer Gaby Al Botros, the orchestra shares the rich sounds of the Arab world with audiences in Canada and beyond through live orchestral and multi-modal performances. 

Through our concerts, community events, and music programs, we help people learn more about Arabic music & culture and increase access to Arabic music in Canada.

We work with talented musicians and supporters who share our vision of building an inclusive community in Canada that shares our love for Arabic music.
